- AT-MF Series, designed as multi-axis and camless operation, and using high-speed servo motor, offer high-speed production rate, precise and multipurpose spring forming. Each axis can control max, 0.01º of angle value at high speed. AT-MF Series offer easy program and camless operation so that operator greatly can save set-up time comparing to traditional cam forming machine. Moreover, without 2nd operating unit, AT-MF Series can produce various spring forming and wire forming . AT-MF Series has Windows-XP based computer so that operating and maintaining is easy.
- MPG AUTO MODE : AT-MF Series offer checking produced part, edit the data of program and continuing to next block at the MPG AUTO Mode. AT-MF Series offer more speedy feed, quill, and wire rotation using 16axis of individual servo motor and driver. Especially, 4 of 8 bending slide units have additional servo axis so that they can move right, left, up and down. Therefore, AT-MF Series offer very precise spring forming, wire forming and 3 dimensional job at easy process.
